It is usually on the last day, and focuses on the topics included in the program.

The Final Project

An applied practical project, which aims to create an actual impact within the entity for which the program is implemented, which helps achieve the highest benefit for the entity/organization and the employee/participating individual. The project will be based on the tools and methodologies provided during the program. Participants are given an agreed-upon period of time, averaging 2-3 weeks (in agreement with the entity to which the program is provided) so that they can work on the final project, and the projects are implemented either individually or collectively, depending on the nature of the project to be implemented.
